Tahsis

Going up to Tahsis secong week in Aug. I have a place to stay in Tassis but we will be fishing ferrer piont and wondering where the closes place I could spend the night on the boat?
Any ideas? Would rather not anchor.

There are some boom logs up inside Nuchatlitz by the indian Res. you could tie to. Consider tieing up to kelp in a protected area.

Just got back from Esperanza last night, fishing was excellent. There is a small bay right behind Ferrier that is protected for anchoring. The fish are just showing up in large #'s so your timing will be right on. We also anchored in the large bay behind Rosa Island, and fished Rosa successfully at night. Good luck and make sure you have a good charting system as it is extremely rocky.

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to tie up that close to the rez. I do want to sleep at night!!!!

C.S.......You said you camped so did you anchor then go in on a dingy? Or did you just stay on the boat

Fairly safe in there??? calm and secluded??? lots of rocks?
