The end of both chinook and coho returns to the Stamp River are
continuing to trickle through Stamp Falls.
240 adult chinook have passed through the fishway over the past 7
days along with 645 adult coho
Stamp Falls Escapement Update to Nov 4.
Totals to date are 16,937 chinook and 43,974 coho.
Counting will continue until November 8 and the counting operation
will be dismantled on the 9th.
The annual deadpitch program on the Upper Stamp has gone well since
the high water in early to mid October and will have sampled over 5000
chinook by October 9 when it will also likely wind down.
