For anyone interested.....I have been running a crew boat everyday for the last 2 weeks from Port to Effingham Inlet. I have not been seeing any sockeye activity from Nahmint in, boats or jumpers. However, the last 4 days, there has been an increase in sign/jumpers south side of Nahmint, and boats, but the most sockeye I have seen have been out in the sound around Pill Pt. I asume there is a gill net opening pending, as there is a few gillneters anchored on the good spots.
