Okay, here goes, don't gong me.
My boat has two Scotty Trigger Locks mounted nicely. These;
But I never use sidewinder rodholders, and I have mounted a number of the standard Scotty standard mounts for the rod holders.
Now, question is regarding mounting a downrigger using the existing the trigger locks. I see this picture all over the place but no reference the bar piece shown;
So the picture above shows the trigger lock, which I have mounted in my boat already, with a Scotty 1010 on top, picutred here;
All I can see that is similar to what I am looking for on Scotty's website is this;
But this doesn't seem like it will fit my existings trigger locks. I can't find any Scotty equipment that has the curved steel bars that insert into the trigger lock.
What am I missing here?
