F A: This looks like the stone I have been using for probably 30 years now (mail order from Lee Valley). Mine still works great but has developed a fair dish in the middle of the fine side. I should probably get a new one and put the old one on the boat! I keep mine in a small Tupperware with water over the top of the stone.
