Hey guys, I know that the neon green tube part goes over the cable and is easy to get on there but am wondering where you guys attach the other end that grips the retrieval string???[8D][?]

I have mine attached the side of the swivel mount. Seems to work for me.

Mine is also on the side of the swivel base. Fits just right!
