My mum, brother and grandpa came down from CR yesterday, to celebrate Gramps's birthday. Before they hit the road, he was running some errands and decided to check out a garage sale in the neighborhood. He has never ever been to one before, but it sure was a good stop. He picked up a box full of good fishing gear for $10. About 60 brand new hoochies and squirts, and lots of small sockeye ones, 3 new Apex spoons, a number of teaser heads (and strip heads, which I have never used), a lifetime supply of river swivels, and a bunch of odds and ends I may not have a use for. Included were 10 new spools of 25# flouro line. It is kind of an in-between weight, but I want to put it to use. Maybe on the drift rod this fall? Anyway, a major score, and I am very excited to have it. Too bad the flashers were gone by the time he got there. If the fellow who sold it is on here, thank you too!
