Replacing flasher grommets.

Just wondering if anyone has replaced worn/corroded grommets on their flashers? I have a couple of flashers in like new condition but the grommets are corroded to a point that they will soon fall out. (Probably poor quality or poor flushing/cleaning on my part) Would like to replace them and was wondering if there are specific kits available for this?

Never done it myself but maybe something like here?

Thanks. I saw some online at Home Depot as well so I will pop down there and see if I can find something that will work.
