Wolf here saw something today and because I do not know was wondering if you can fish the creek or if it is illegal to do so!!!!!

Yes exactly!!!!!! saw a guy come up from the creek with a fly rod I know coho spawn in there and 20 years ago we used to see trout in there all the time guess their still in the system.
