Port Hardy accommodations.

Heading up to Hardy in the next few weeks and am looking for some recommendations on accommodations.
I want to fish in and around Hope island area, wondering if there are any reasonably priced places to stay in that area. thoughts.....?

I found the Bear Cove Cottages a great set up for fishing that area. Very close to a boat launch as well.

Well I can honestly say don't stay in the honeymoon suite at the Port Hardy Hotel. Ice machine is right out side of the door and every fisherman for miles around loads up there. Started at 10 the night before and went on til dawn.

Is late night noise really an issue when you're honeymooning?

Scotia Bay resort.
On the north side of Hardy bay 1/2 way out to Duval point.
Camping, rental RV's, rental suites, freezers, great people.

We've stayed at Bear Cove and it was perfect. Great people, great location, and really cute accommodations.

Just for kicks.. Try Marina B&B. Awesome place looking over marina.. Great people that own it
