What is going on with the outer banks off Barkley Sound? All the posts I see haven't mentioned them. I did read one post which indicated the inside has a lot of bait there now. Are the fish where there is more bait? Or have the big schools not arrived yet? Going to be there in three weeks [8D][8D].
