Looks great. Did you put fibreglass cloth over the wood? Is the wood finish varathane?

The hull is fiberglassed inside and out. The bright finished decks are are fiberglassed with epoxy and then varnished with system three spar varnish. (urethane). The only wood that isn,t covered in fiberglass cloth and epoxy is the windsheild frame and the white oak gunnels. they are epoxied and varnished.

Beautiful, nice to see a great wooden boat! Did you use a mold? My dad built some amazing cedar strip canoes about 15 years ago and this is the first time I've seen something that nice since.

What would you consider the biggest boat you would want to build with that way?
