moon phases

When planning a salmon fishing trip and you have a choice of dates, how many of you guys take into account the moon phases? I know one popular theory is to avoid the full moon ( fish feed at night ). Other than the best time to go fishing is "WHEN EVER YOU CAN",
Given choices what say you? Thanks in advance.

full moon nights are for drinking and sleeping in the next morning. Get out in the afternoon and slay 'em on a good tide. That's my theory anyways.

I've never been a fan of doing a trip on a full moon, in saying that, Barckley Sound here I come Monday for a few days

I always diverted my best clients away from full moons and booked tourist trips.

I like full moon fishing trips , it gets me away from my wife who seems to be negatively affected by them.
