Try boats.net for Honda parts. I found their part prices to be far less than dealers here.

Oh and since the cost of trailer brakes was raised. Do yourself a favour and install as set of disk brakes that have stainless calipers. More expensive but will pay off in the long run. It took me a few years of rusty failed parts and boiling axle grease to finally get that right!

115hp yammy with 6hp sailpro tohatsu. i had a 2019 honda kicker originally which i sold off for the 2020 tohatsu, prices include labor for dealer installs, otherwise self installed with item cost only

I don't know what @MadJigga is using...but I use basically this on my boat:

I sourced mine on Amazon, but I can't find the link for the exact one I bought. Anyway, these little things just wrap a wire around the spark plug lead and use inductance to generate the signal. You configure the unit for the number of cylinders and the engine type (2 stroke or 4 stroke) and it reads RPM and counts hours. Pretty slick.

I got it from a local marine store. It’s a small lcd screen with a wire that you wrap around spark plug #1. It clocks any run time on the motor. Gotta be available online. Look up “tach hour meter” on amazon. Lots available

Man there’s some high maintenance bills posted here! I have a 19’ aluminum with a Honda 9.9 and a 90 main, I change all 4 oils annually, plugs and impellers every other year and I’m at 1000 hrs on both with no hiccups. Oh and pack bearings once a year. Less then $200 per year normally, an extra $130 last year for a steering cable.
