Looking for feedback on the River Hawk 24 Pro Cuddy....and the 26 Kingfisher Xpress..

i wouldn't know which is better,, they actually seem alot similar in design and construction.. i dont think the riverhawk is 1/4" allover. but neither is the kingfisher..... kingfisher is canadian built!!!!

i know i love mine in rough and ***** bc weather..

i cant find another 2625 kingfisher,, mine was custom built in 2005. dint know they offered 26 anymore...

Pretty hard to beat the fit and finish on any of the offshore Kingfisher boats. However, you can probably get a new riverhawk for the price of a used Kingfisher.

Keep resale in mind when making your decision. Its hard to compare the two. Kingfishers are nice but low sides on the rear deck if you have little people.

I researched boats for two years before having my NWAC built. Almost went Kingfisher but too low of a ceiling in the cab for me at 6'-3"

I looked at the River Hawk and the Kingfisher I think they are both good boats. The River Hawk I looked at was a little under powered I had thought, and I was looking for something with a little more freeboard than the Kingfisher. We ended with a Weldcraft 240 with a 300 Verado but I could have easily been happy with any of them, all good boats.

Thanks for your feedback, Yes Riverhawk and Kingfisher are good comparable boats. I liked the Riverhawk, quality build all around. Cockpit height is 42 inches. The Kingfisher has many different models to choose from. I'm Interested in the 25 Kingfisher Weekender and the 24 Pro Cuddy Riverhawk.

I've currently got a Kingfisher 2525. Great boat, perfect for fishing & camping (usually Barkley Sound) leave the camper and crowded campsites behind now! Good hull design easy on fuel, capable offshore. We feel spoiled everytime we take it out!

PS- it is the weekender package, great with espar heat keep the damp out, the shore power just run a Honda EU1000 when it's snotty out at night watch movies while on the hook, until frist light of course, then it's fish killing.....

River hawk bought out fishrite boats last year. There Nice boats but I would say the kingfisher is better. You could also call mike boulton with boulton boats he will build you one factory direct may end up with a nice boat for good value. Also check out wooldridge they are really nice with great customer service..

Don't Rule Out These Builders

Appreciated the feedback, thank you

I spent many, many months researching an aluminum boat, see the Vancouver Island aluminum boat builders web links below:-

But after extensive research and a lot of time visiting the shops talking the staff (workers and sales) and visiting boat ramps and chatting with owners.

I was drawn to Lifetimer boats, for the price, the service and hand bulit quality

Their 22 ft, 241/2 ft and their awesome 27 ft is worth considering before you finalise
