Leader Lengths

How do you measure leader length, from the end of flasher to the end of the hoochy or the beginning of the hoochy??? thanks.

I always consider the leader length the distance from the swivel to the front of the hoochie or lure. Others are refering the overall length to the end of the lure. Everybody's different.

I measure mine knot - knot, taught to me by a commerical troller when using flasher and plastic......BB
