Garelick articulated kicker bracket for sale, $200. Rated for up to 169 lb, ie, good for any 4 stroke with PTT and electric start. Vertical stroke is 9.5". Backseat from transom varies with vertical position. Plenty of height to lift an XL leg kicker of the water when mounted on a 20" transom.
Worked fine for me for several years but had to switch to a fixed mount to make new main power connect to kicker. (I have a weird transom, lol).
