Kaslo Area

A friend of mine is moving to the Kaslo area in about a month. I know little about the area but I would guess that there is some great fishing. Someone must have some info for me as I will be visiting their a lot!!! Can't wait!!!

Um I think there are some rainbows there. Like those Gerrards!!!!!
and maybe some big dollies too. If I had a pal head'n to the Kootenay Lake I would keep intouch... and use that pal all I could! ( if he had a boat that is).

Troll spoons/apexes/polar bear flies late October into November for big Trout BIG!!!!!!!
Lotsa Dollies in the lake year round.
Lots small lakes with Trout.
Down towards Creston mega-Bass in the sloughs.
