Nice to read this article, when are we going to have a seal cull on the Puntledge? Its getting a little late with little action, again this yr there gorging their yaps below the bridges under the lights at night on what smolts there are that made it through the floods this yr!! Its good to see an article where the sportsfishing industry is supported like it should be. I dont agree on the Fish Farms they should be shut down immediately before the Slice they use stops working like in Norway. eventually the sea lice here will become resistant to Slice if it already hasnt happened. Close them down for good and just watch what happens to the Stocks if were wrong then so be it at least its something we could try!!

In regards to the seal cull on the east coast, the concern was what to do with the carcasses. I think that if they are serious about the polar bear's plight use the carcasses to feed them. And do the same with the culls from the west coast.
