Huge prizes: $$$$Cash, Scotty Downriggers & Line Pullers, Electronics - GPS & Handheld VHS + More, Suzuki Kicker, Bradly Smoker, S/S BBQ, Portable Boat BBQs, Shock Wave Boat Seats, Lots of Rods & Reels, Tackle, Tools, Clothing & MUCH MORE. Everybody gets a nice bag of tackle at the awards banquet (value $25- $40)
1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes for Chinook, Coho, Halibut & Cod LOTS of Hidden Wights.
ALL proceeds go to Salmon Enhancement & Habitat Rehabilitation. Over the last 12yrs. the derby has raised over $150,000. In 2014 it raised an all high of $31,451 "IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FISH" SALMON
Approx. 200 person participate, Derby Hats FREE, Friday & Saturday live entertainment FREE, Friday night dinner $15 smorgasbord (optional), Saturday dinner at the awards ceremony FREE, Everybody gets a prize. All the FREE stuff is part of you Derby Entrance Fee = $60 per fisher.
