I'll bite (no pun intended ! ) as a lifelong supporter of mild socialist governments this election really tore at me as I don't think Carol James has the skill sets required of that office , conversely Gordon Campbell is not a Liberal but a shade of Reform / Conservative who has no respect for Seniors , workers or our environment but has definite skills in job attraction and investing enhancement for this Province.
Having said all that the best I can hope for is narrowed gap of voting strength in the house where the quasi Liberals will be forced to respect and look after the ordinary folk of this Province without ruling with supreme arrogance and disrespect for the working class peoples.
So regardless of the final vote tally I can only hope that some form of sense will prevail in the saving of our vital river systems and intelligent focus on the predominant issues of our times , many of which are people oriented and involve social issues.
Thanks for the chance to speak in a respectful manner and to offer my views on the strengths and weaknesses of both sides.
