Some ive seen are dressed as people put weights, rocks, sand, etc in belly so some i have been in are dressed cleaned gutted which ever you want to call it which i think is better anyways gets more accurate weight bigger fish might have empty belly but smaller one just ate a couple pound fish lol just my opinion anyways
