Drain for cup holders

Hi, I would google this but not sure what to type in, so you guys are next.
I have a couple of cup holders on the transom and they leaked onto to batteries, didnt like that so I sealed up the holes now I got two little swimming pools and have to spong out.
I would like to find some sort or threw drill in screwy thing (???) that I could drill into the bottom of the cup that I could attach a small 1/4 inch tub to run to the drain
Any Ideas ??

I just installed drink holders with a drain spigot on the bottom.
Like this, but not this exact model. They are cheap, like cheaper than Lucky.

Done , white was black, drain so no more mini swimming pools
