Did you lose a crab trap?

Found a lost crab trap with BC on one side of the float and 1439562 on the other. Haven't been able to make phone contact. Anyone know who it might belong to or where that phone number can be located?

I notice that there are 3 floats tied/tangled together with the same number due south of Clover Point in 180 feet of water. Looks like they got tangled on the outflow pipe. They have been there a few days. I did not want to pull them up myself from that depth, unless I knew that I could return them. I have found prawn traps off Trial before that were lost and they were a lot of work to retreive.
