With the price of AAA beef so high, this thread will be very helpful. Our Superstore had ’brisket points’ on sale so I picked one up and will try the oven method recipe that Owen shared. I picked one that still had about a half inch of the fat cap attached. Rain City, when you say ‘whole packers’ are you referring to flat, point and fat cap all together or just flat and point?
