Hey Guys,

Heading out for a 2 week salmon trip out to the Nootka Area. I will be bringing my own boat (24ft Thunderjet) and looking for a play to stay. We would be arriving in late June....

Anyone know the rates for critter coves cabin or beach cottage?

Called however no answer and no answer on the email... Also anyone else have any suggestions?

Thanks BamBam

The suites on the docks are $240 per night...not sure about the beach cottage. Critter is an awesome place to stay...great atmosphere.

Send them an email. They will reply. Might take a day or two. Good time to ask as April 1 is the date people need to commit by.

Have been going to Critter Cove for approx 16 years.
Many years spent just sleeping on board the boat at the dock.
We have been renting a Beach House the last few years, very reasonable cost.
It includes a daily maid service takes care of all the dirty dishes and makes the beds etc.
Our focus is on fishing and enjoying the Nootka experience.
Look forward to it every year, Cam and Catherine have created a great place to relax and escape.
Their website lists all their amenities and accomodation options.

What was the cost of Beach house?

When I called a month ago they were pretty much booked solid. Good luck you may get lucky as others have said April 1 is time to pay up and you maybe able to get a cancellation

If you are staying for 2 weeks remember that Critter cove has no freezing facility only a cooler.
You will need to run your fish into Moucha bay for processing.
If you are set up for camping try Tuta marina.
Camping moorage freezers showers.
They are the closest facility to the fishing grounds.
2 minutes from Camel rock in Hana channel.
Drive 20 minutes past Cougar creek.
