Coho Lures

Just Curious when the Coho are in close to shore (Under 100FT of water) what flasher color and lure's/Bait/PLastics work for you? I seem to have my best luck on a Green and Blue FLasher and a Cop Car spoon.

coho like flash, so spoons are a good bet.

traditionally, i always liked green or blue with chrome, but the cop cars worked pretty good for them outta my kayak this summer!

I had good success with Apex's and dummy flashers down deep off sooke about this time last year - up to 17lbs. Try army truck and cop car.

For inshore coho, if your looking for big ones, fish the same with chovie's as you would for springs. Otherwise, Super strip trolled fast with/without a flasher is like candy.
