campion 542 - need info

I am looking at a 1999 Campion 542 as an all purpose fish/ski/family boat. It has a 140 hp suzuki EFI. Anyone use this boat as a ski/sport boat? I know it isn't rated for more than the 140 hp, but is this enough power for pulling skiers? How does this motor stack up for durability and performance? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have this boat - 2005 model with 140 Suzuki, It planes quickly and tops out around 38 mph. Have pulled the kids skiing with no problems, but adults would be marginal. Great motor - good on gas and idles slow enough to troll fish.
