Bamfield on Monday

We are heading out to Bamfield Mon. mostly just to get away. Here is the question as I have never fished there that time of year..what's out there and how do we catch them? Thanks peege

This time of year I would head over to Vernon Bay and fish for winter springs close to the bottom. I've had good luck with hoochies there.

we fished the areas for three days and really didn't see any kind of fish on the finders. it was an effort to get some bottom fish for the crab traps. crabbing was decent though and prawning average but the weather and flat seas were unbelievable. peege
