Albert Head advice

Hi there

I'm determined to catch a salmon at albert head. So far 2 bites in 4 outings but nothing to show for it.

Any suggestions on where/how to fish it? seem to usually find some bait on the gravel pit side, and the current rips pretty good off of the point... the west side kinda seems nice along the wall there as well...

anyone have any hints tips advice etc?

i'll hopefully be there tomorrow bright and early!

Things tend to pick up at AH and towards the waterfront in late August for biggies, yet then again you just never know what you may get into there this time of year. It sure does not get much presure. Pretty much spotty all over right now. Get a big one[]

how did you manage on Saturday ?
I fished the waterfront and Oakbay flats and it was a
nice day for a boatride

well i got up early saturday morning to hit the water a little after 6am hoping the early bird would get the worm. fished til about 10:30 and didn't get a single bite.

saw quite a few boats fishing right off the breakwater when i came in... wonder if they were having better luck?

nice calm morning though... next time!
