Started at T-10 this morning and slowly made our way south. We are now fishing just north of Sandheads. 5 wild coho and 1 spring 75cm so far. Got the spring half way between T-10 and SH. Beauty day, very fishable. Slow and steady,
Cabezon1 and I fished t10 towards SH 7-12pm: 2 wild coho, 1 sockeye and 1 chum all released. Pretty slow day. Saw two other boats with nets out. Sure was a ton of commercial boats out today
Beauty day on the water

So everything open until December except the banana is a three day? Is that right?

Not sure how you came up with that. Details?
Any FN has the species that the notice is about in the first line, this one is only about Sockeye.

Yes, that is the way I read it also. Approach areas (the banana) open for 3 days basically but SH open for now for sockeye and chinook and hatch coho, pinks etc until end of year or another notice. Also, only sockeye open in the approach areas, all other salmon closed as usual.

I cant read a map apparently... not used to the zones in Vancouver

Why did they open the banana and why only for 3 days? I barely get close to that area, too shallow and full of mud sharks but if you catch a coho or chinook in there and move 200 yards to west, it's all ligit. no? Anyway, here's the late opening. Now if the gods of winds and gale can cooperate with us weekend warriors!
