I am running a 1977 evinrude on a hourston. It has a bit of a miss. A friend told me to phone tiptons outboards in lake cowichan. I live In nanaimo. Thanks WillyD

I agree , Tiptons has a name for working on OMC equipment , Rod is also a straight shooter , go for it .

I've been using Tipton for years. There's no one else I will ever go to. It's well worth the trip to Lake Cowichan. He's a straight shooter with no bull.

I've never seen so many old 70hp evinrudes as around there. He must know them better than most guys.
