I got a new to me boat that has an old 1981 90HP evinrude with manual trim/tilt. the engine code is E90MLCIM.
It came with a power trim/tilt unit and trim sensor as spare part. it is a 2 wire unit from an E90TLCIM motor.
To complete the retrofit I believe that I would need the relay box, wire harness, trim gauge and trim switch.
Are all these parts interchangeable between years and models? I see a lot of kits on ebay like this kit, part number Evinrude 0583654, would this work?
