16 ft fiberglass boat and trailer. No motor but has kicker motor mount and steering controls. Took old seats out and updated floor and carpeting. Just got a letter from my strata banning boats and rv's from our property. Need to sell my boat in 30 day's. I just got it 2 months ago and was going to put it on the water this spring. I cannot store it anywhere else right now so have decided to let it go and get a car topper instead.
