Tried a new-to-us version on Brussels Sprouts last night.
Simple actually - smother with olive oil, toss on a baking pan, add a bunch of thin sliced garlic over them, then cover with fresh grated Parmesan.

Burn at 400 for 20 minutes, add a little more Parmesan and heat just long enough to melt that:

Actually caramelizes the sprouts & garlic.

He is right.. its the cheap side of me that shows.. Once Getbent gets settle in the neighbor hood i'll get to try some of his great dishes :) :)

You bet man...was just looking in the freezers, I have to make some sausage very soon for starters
 
Smoked pork tenderloin on the new bbq. Sorry, no pictures of the final plate as we were way too hungry.
