haha me either!! That diesel commander is awesome! Walkers craftsmanship is amazing as well on the aluminums. A guy can dream can’t he lol. Btw, I didn’t search those out, they were recommended by Kijiji haha, I was looking for used outboards those kept popping up.

Thanks Sir Reel, one day, I’d have to move there one day, be a big boat for Kootenay lake lol. I agree, hard work and determination pays off!Don’t stop believing. I first went on a Commander 30 at the 2009 Vancouver boat show. Took me 8 years and lots of planning but I finally have one. I find if you focus and put your mind to things you can achieve them. Funny thing is I have just been chatting with the guy that bought the 2009. He owned it for 10 years and spent a summer in Alaska as far up as Juneau.
Keep dreaming. Mine will be for sale one day.

The double eagle was my boat! Sold in a day and a half. Buyer still has to finalize the deal but he left a deposit and pretty sure it will close this week. If not... there are a few other's waiting. It was a great fishy boat for me. Cheap to run too! In some ways I'll miss her

Hahaha no doubt. Ripping my toe off on the doghouse hinges is one of my primary motivations for converting to a pod. I'm shallow, I admit it...my toe still hurts too
