Caught by a shore fishermen.... Released in a oil slick though. What ever lake it is, it sure has a shean.

That's Lunker Lotion, looks exactly like an oil slick but shore anglers commonly coat their PowerBait with it.
Kinda like Pro-Cure, etc.
