Wanted 18.5 Hourston / Double Eagle

My son and a friend of mine have the 18.5 DE and they ride very well.My son has a 2006 with a 150 Yamaha ,it's very fast and good on gas, great boat. You can expect to pay close to $30K for a good one depending on how it's equipped.

No comment on an 18.6 Hurston I have no experience with but I do have an 18.2/6 DE and 140 4 stroke. True they are different from the 17.6, bow light with the cuddy. I have posted on here my thoughts before. NOT for sale as it is the perfect boat for all I do. "Comfortable" for a few overnights, I can afford any amount of gas for it, stable and safe for any water I will be in, Tacoma tows easy, catches fish and OK with 2 maybe 3 pers. In my eyes for me now the perfect boat, yes a 20 welded "real" west coast boat would be nice but the 150K hurts. DE is a great boat, I have had solely for 35 years, only problem you will have is finding one and then buying quickly. Normally they are not for sale very long. Good luck.
