thunder jet anchor

Hi i have a Chinook of/ob 20 ft with extended transom have a anchor for it but is too small was wondering what everybody else has . Thank you in advance m/m

I Have a ThunderJet Tyee OS 23 with full cabin and I use a Rocna size 6 with 25ft of chain and it grabs just about every time. If it is very windy I add another 25 ft of chain.

I used a danforth so that it fits in the anchor box. I also have 25' of 3/8 chain which really helps with holding power. I also have a 20 luxor os

Thanks for asking the question. I've been wondering the same thing. Trotac was recommending 35 feet of anchor chain

Really the more chain the better when it comes to anchors as long as you can pull it up with out blowing your back
