Teaser Wire

I noticed the teaser heads in another post had wire connected to the head. This set-up looks good , can anyone tell me the correct way to fasten the wire ?

The fastest way i find is to just heat up the stainless phone wire with a lighter, poke two small holes on the flat side of the teaser head and then route it through with some needlenose pliers.
