Nanaimo Winter Springs

I have confirmation finally that the winters are grouping around Whalebone, Grande and Thrasher. The good news is that they are ranging in the teens, the biggest so far caught was 14lbs.

Reports from numerous guys over the past two weeks seem to all show that the fish from the fingers up to to Winchelseas still need to do some growing, but it looks like a bumper crop.

Hi all,
Have now moved back to Nanaimo after a few years away. Am rigged up and ready to go but my memory seems to have failed me since I was last in these parts. Would love to chat with or follow someone out to learn the spots.
