Well its been like this for a bit now for the commercial guys , all they are going to do ....wait for it!!!!!
more fish farms MARK my words...

Agreed, people still want to buy fish....they will be buying from the FNs now...unregulated and no accountability.

I’m willing to bet if the fishery is closed as proposed, the government will negotiate with the FN and provide them with more access to “their salmon” and slowly take the few remaining opportunities from the commies and sporties. In my experience, there is no way the FN will accept a reduction as they always get what they want or turn to the media. If they reduce our pathetic sporty allotment any further, or impose more restrictions, my fishing partners may revolt and fish anyways!

I'll see you out there! Bloody shame to have to result in revolt but when push comes to shove we need to stand up for ourselves in some way. I harvest only what I can eat-not a scale more and damn it, fish will remain on my menu.... NOT purchased from FN as I would be cutting my own throat by doing so.
