Lease returns?

Looking at possibly purchasing a lease return, Yamaha f225 XA. My first experience with returns. Any ideas? Good experiences, bad? Thanks.

The only first hand experience I have is how difficult it can be sometimes to find those larger sizes in a lease return. I would absolutely buy one if I could find one... I just couldn't
