Hot stock tips

I've had a good year with ZIM: 17.5% Yield, P/E 2.07. Got in around 20 in March, now 58.
KRBN: has been good this year as well.
IIPR:REIT has been good, they keep raising Div. and revenue and earnings are growing exponentially.
My play on the Cannabis area.
2022 should be interesting, lots of headwinds.
Nah I'm looking for something that's tanked recently. Thanks though! Congrats on the wins.

Check out Allk. There is some risk but nothing like all this Venture Exchange crap. If you like the Ventures then why don't you take up another position in CBDT? I'm holding heavy bags and could use some company lol. Maybe if you have enough cash you can drive it up another .01 Seriously though, while I regret not selling at $2.5 or at least having a stop loss in play I think 2022 will be really good to Empower Clinics. If not it will be another year of fishing out of a 14' aluminum.

I'm not into the venture casino, stuff ether, but smarter people than me have made out
well there.

I like SRAD right now, they are the leader in sports data tech. for sports betting. Well off their IPO price,
their one of two comanies in this space, and the only one that is profitable.

I'm nibling on PYPL right now they seem to consolidating nicely at 185.

This post is probably not considered "Hot Stock Tips", and not relevant to this thread.
I like hearing about good, small, mid, and large cap, stock buys. ETF's and REIT's as well.
But a new thread for that might be a good idea.

If you like dividend plays Chemtrade has been great to us but their debt is a little concerning.

CHE dividend was cut from $1.20 to $0.70 in 2020 and again to $0.60 in 2021. Currently being financed by debentures and dilution with float growing by 8% over the past year.

HHL is a better option, a large cap health care ETF that sells covered calls on 1/3 of it's holdings and is currently paying just over 8% dividend. Total return of 22% over 2021

Yes, like I said Chemtrade does have some risk but they have been a solid dividend play for me and I've done very well during the pandemic. They are in a key industry that will play a valuable role in the rebuild that happens over the years to come. They also have a new CEO who is committed to reducing the companies debt and is also committed to maintaining dividend returns as best as he can. I see this stock going above $10 again in the not too distant future. In the meantime that juicy dividend is nice.

Hope it works for you.

Kicking myself yet again. This time, for not jumping in on Ford stock last summer when the $7 price tag was calling me. Now up to $24!!

I've watched cbdt from the sidelines, to me it is the epitome of the cse gone haywire. At the end of the day, if they deliver and convert into legitimate and profitable revenue, they will get taken out. But the second I hear the word "army" attached to any company's name wrt capital markets investment, I run screaming for the doors. Quite the interesting pp structure today too.
