Grounding point Yamaha F100

Im running power to my outboard. Trying to make sure of my locations for power and ground. Positive to the starter and ground to where? Thanks

I'm not sure what year your motor is, but 2000 appears to be the last year for the F100. This schematic might help you with [2] showing the wiring harness coming into the cowling (doesn't show the exact connection points, but should aim you in the right direction):
