Caused by vessel noise, lack of salmon and vessel strikes, but only in specific areas. Lol. Makes you wonder if fishermen,after all the closures, will also develop lesions from lack of fish?

It's been scientifically proven that the massive amount of Hawkins Cheezies that are lost and blown overboard are the cause of the lesions. Have you ever seen a killer whale without a flipper full of them.

So in spite of the useless "Sanctuary Zones" which are accomplishing nothing, the resident population is increasing.... At Pender Bluffs there is a constant flow of vessel traffic through the "sanctuary"daily with literally hundreds on the long weekends, with no enforcement by anyone. Obviously DFO also considers them a waste of time and resources. A political bad joke
