Hello Everyone,

I know it is early but I am at a wedding next weekend at Painters. The groomsmen are fishing a half day on Saturday and just wanted to see if anything is happeneing? I am assuming it is pretty much just resident fish and will likely be spotty but getting out on the water is better than sittin' around having a happy brunch at the lodge talking about how beautiful "love" is.....[xx(][xx(]

I've had fantastic luck fishing the Hump at this time of year. Fish the ebb from the Hump towards the lighthouse. Don't even try to buck the current. Its kinda deep, but as your going with the current, not too bad. Feed is needlefish on the sandy lip of the Hump, so stay close to the bottom. Your only enemy is the weather, as it can get right nasty out there...

Tight lines!

The boys at Painters will Know where the fish are, mind you it is early, but Cape Mudge, the hump etc, will produce fish if you fish deep.
