This truck will do 1000km on a full tank on the highway, only thing better is a brand new high country, that’s 120k after taxes.

Wow this 30 foot commander s…t is getting serious. Let us know if she sells, I’ve been keeping my eyes open for 6.0 gas 3500 thinking I’ll switch out my poor diesel 1 ton that doesn’t get driven enough. Nice truck!
The only thing I’m serious about is getting on the water this summer… that’s a must,
I will sell the commander if that doesn’t happen, that hey babe commander is a beauty… maybe I should let my wife decide what to do with my boats

Sick! They didn’t offer you top $ on trade in?
I didn’t even ask… don’t want to deal with a dealership with a deleted truck, even thou everyone is deleting them. Another option for top dollar was to ship it south, but then again the delete kinda screws that up too

I just recently ( last week ) traded off my 2019 Duramax 3500 HD with 137,000km on it. Truck needed a couple things, new windshield, rear tail light other than that it was in great shape. The dealership gave me 57 for it, couldn't resist, not worth the hassle of selling it myself. They had a buyer for it while I was standing there.

Tried something different this time, went with the new 6.6L gas. So far seems like a good little engine but haven’t towed with it yet. The amount I tow and the weight I tow I’m not sure it justifies a diesel any longer, we will see. Those diesels are getting way out of control on the price, they used to be about $10,000 more than a gas but are now 20-25 more on a basic truck.

Now is the time to sell or trade them as the dealerships are getting more stock coming in and the demand and price for used is going to decrease.

There’s nothing out there… hard to find a used truck like mine, dealership lots are still empty, new trucks are selling like hot cakes for whatever price they want, it’s crazy, and the prices will never decrease

With interest rates prices will come down this year on new. Tesla already reduces their prices substantially. Trucks are next. Used should maintain close to current prices for a quarter or three or rise slightly as people can stomach 50k car especial if they get 20k for their old one but most can’t do a 75k new. Either way easier to watch pricing than the boat market where we compare lemons to lemons and the odd great boat that comes on the market.

Says the guy who eats popcorn and isn’t in the trenches!

Yes that is a sweet rig for sure, not many around like that, not out in my part of the country.

Lots out here are getting some decent stock in them the last couple months and they say more coming over the summer. Prices on used have dropped almost 10% already from US buyers but they are still paying decent. They expect another decent drop over the summer. I’m hoping as i want to buy a run around truck here in a bit to keep the miles down on my new one. Tired of putting on 50k a year on new truck.

Nice looking new rig by the way.
