Why don't you just concern yourself with YOUR team.....and getting taken to school by the lowly team that is the property of the NHL?
Good to know about Oreskovich....I like the kid and I had kind of lost touch (forget to check) when the Nucks placed him on waivers; I guess he cleared going down and all is good!!!

Victor had a concussion down in AHL......they didn't have to place him on waivers.
Yeah the NHL Coyotes are just pawning the Craphawks................. 5 to 2 Canucks. Oreskovich with the Gordie Howe hat trick.

He was placed on waivers before the start of the regular season.....and cleared to report to that team we have on one of the Great Lakes. (can't say it)
So he if had a "wap to the head" ever since he was there does he not have to clear waivers upon bringing him up? Mind you....if he had a two way contract I guess than answers my own question.
During the off-season, Oreskovich became a restricted free agent on July 1, 2011. Without arbitration rights (due to his lack of experience in the league), negotiations with Vancouver continued through the summer; media speculated Oreskovich was demanding either a one-way or a multi-year deal. As training camp neared, Oreskovich agreed on a one-year, two-way contract worth $605,000 in the NHL and $105,000 in the minors. Regarding initial Oreskovich's contract holdout, Canucks assistant general manager Laurence Gilman commented, "Victor made great strides last year, but he's still a developing player."[SUP][15][/SUP] During the off-season, the Canucks chose not to re-sign bottom-six forwards Raffi Torres and Tanner Glass, seemingly increasing Oreskovich's chances to remain with the team.[SUP][15][/SUP] However, prior to the start of the season, he was waived by Vancouver after the team picked up fourth-line winger Dale Weise from the New York Rangers.[SUP][16][/SUP] After clearing waivers, he was assigned to the Canucks' new AHL affiliate, the Chicago Wolves on October 5, 2011.[SUP][14][/SUP] Returning to the AHL, he suffered a concussion that sidelined him for several games. I leave the room at the end of the second thinking that if they keep playing like that I would not be surprised to see it go 3-2 for the Avs. Come back 5 minutes into the 3rd and its a laugher. Not often you see a team so underserving of the "W" after two, turn it around so quickly.
