WTB something slightly lighter than a commander 30 and with outboards.

I like the size but I don't like the weight if I'm going outboards. I'm not apposed to aluminum but doubt I could afford it. I would love something that needs new power that I could put brand new duo props on.

So same deal as last time:
-28'-34' LOA
-kitchen
-full head
-sleeps 4
-10'-12' beam
-don't want a trailer because I have nowhere to store one.
-big dance floor
-rooftop storage
-offshore capable
-2006ish? or newer
-$140ish budget or straight trade for my commander
-must go 30 MPH or better cruise speed

So yeah I have no idea because I've done this dance before and ended up with what I have. The other option is to pod this thing but I really don't want to be into a boat for $200k.
